Angelo Scardino was born in 1986 in Grottaglie, a city in southern Italy, in the province of Taranto. Land of ceramics, where he took the first steps in his artistic career. He obtained his diploma at the "Lisippo" Art School in Manduria and then the first level academic title with a score of 110 out of 110 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lecce. After attending the two-year specialist course in sculpture at the same academy in the academic year 2009/2010, he obtained a second-level degree (specialist) with a rating of 110 out of 110 with a theoretical thesis entitled "The sculpture of the void "and a practical thesis aimed at creating models of vacuum sculpture. In 2012 he moved to Mantua where he works as a teacher at the "A. Dal Prato" State Institute of Art in Guidizzolo. Sculpture is the discipline that embraces with the desire to express its own interiority. Each work is a snapshot that expresses the dynamic flow of moods. The human figure was the first field of study and over time his works have begun a process of abstraction.
