If, when unpacking a piece, you detect that it has suffered damage during transport, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Send us photographs with a description of the problem to our email address info@duino.es. After the 24-hour period, we cannot be held responsible for its status. You will receive instructions to send the piece to our facilities. The transport costs originated by the return of a piece due to damage in transport will be borne by DUINO ARTE Y DECORACION S.L .. When we receive the piece and check its condition, the amount will be refunded.
